THAT'S STUPID, WERE DID YOU HEAR THAT MUSCLE TURNS TO FAT, IT'S SCIENTIFICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO MUSCLE TO TURN INTO FAT, OR FAT TO TURN TO MUSCLE, THEY ARE 2 SEPARATE TISSUES THAT DON'T AND CAN'T MIX. YOU CAN LOOSE FAT AND GAIN MUSCLE, OR GAIN FAT AND LOOSE MUSCLE, BUT ONE DOESN'T TURN INTO THE OTHER, AND ALL THAT CREATINE DOES IS FILL YOUR MUSCLES WITH WATER, MAKE THEM LOOK BLOATED, AND MAKE YOU A LITTLE STRONGER, THAT'S ALL, IF YOU STOP TAKING IT, YOU MIGHT NOT LOOK AS BIG.
References :
25 YEARS OF BODYBUILDING

The best supplement is ANYTHING in a 100 pound box. Carry that box around with you all the time everywhere that you go. Very soon you will see the muscle growth you seek without having ever taken any pills from the box.

That is a long way to go just to tell you that supplements account for 0.01% of success and just plain hard work and a good diet accounts for 99.99%.
References :
1. Eat more fiber - Fiber is great for many reasons. It helps fill you up without all the excess calories you don't need. It also helps foods move through your bowels easily and faster, which can lead to weight loss.
References :
check out maximuscle.com they are the best for supplements, also they have a lot of information. I personally use 'progain' as i need to bulk up but have also use 'cyclone' and 'promax'

The best supplement/s will be good high quality protein as this is what the body needs to build muscle.

Also a cheap trick which i learned is (if you can handle it!!) is to eat a lemon (not the skin) straight after a weights workout, it contains some sort of anti-oxidents which blast the muscle/s just worked.

Also make sure you take some sort of protein/supplement straight after a workout as this is the best time right after a workout.

It may sound strange but to build muscle fast you NEED the rest periods so DO NOT train the same body parts everyday everyday as its the rest days that the muscle repair i.e build.

Just to let you know creatine is a good product but it fills the muscles with water hence the quick bulking up, the muscle will not turn to fat after use but water retention will stop so the muscle will seem like it is getting smaller.

As with workouts chop and change supplements every 4 - 6 weeks for maximum change/stress on the body. The body needs new stimuli to improve

If you use free-weights at home send me an email to alistairuk07@aol.com as i have some great workouts that i personally use at home.

I am a personal trainer by the way and would be happy to help, but need to know your level of fitness etc
References :
Both.

When it comes to cardio, do primarily short burst interval workouts like HIIT. Think sprinter's body vs. marathon runner's body.
References :
Best way to go is to just hit the gym and eat foods high in protein. Your body will tell you what you need based in how hungry you get. In the long run it will be much better for you and you will build more stable muscles. And it really doesnt take that long if you stick with a program. Any kind of fast results will get you somewhere quick, but after that there will be undesired results. Eat chicken and turkey, they are good lean proteins. Take Zinc for testosterone production and eat healthy.
References :
improving stamina:
I run and ride my bike.

improving strength:
